A well established MEP Consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who enjoys good projects, proper design work, and a working culture built on trust and flexibility.
The role
- You'll lead mechanical design across a range of commercial and mixed-use projects from concept through to construction. This includes:
- HVAC, ventilation and public health design
- Load calculations, plantroom layouts and schematics
- Producing clear, buildable drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with electrical, structural and architectural teams in Revit
- Attending design meetings with clients and contractors
- Supporting junior engineers and raising standards across the team
You'll be trusted to run your projects without micromanagement.
You're likely someone who:
- Has 5+ years experience in mechanical building services design
- Is comfortable leading projects independently
- Produces drawings contractors can confidently build from
- Understands coordination, not just isolated design
- Is confident communicating with clients and project teams
