We're looking for a driven, hands-on professional who can hit the ground running and oversee the successful delivery of the electrical package from installation through to final commissioning and handover. This is a high-profile project offering excellent day rates, a strong site team, and the potential for a longer-term engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing all electrical works on a large-scale residential development
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved
- Coordinating labour, materials, procurement, and project schedules
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and principal contractors
- Ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Attending progress meetings and driving project performance
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover
