A leading Steel Fabrication company based in Colpy, Insch, is currently recruiting for a number of Welder / Fabricators to join their organisation on a permanent basis.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly rate; between £12.50 and £21 p/h depending on experience
• Overtime; uncapped at x1.5 basic rate and double time on a Sunday. Overtime is readily available and not capped.
• Hours per week: 39 with an early finish on a Friday
• Location: Colpy, Insch
• Annual leave allowance: 29 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute welding plans from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Carry out welding and fabrication processes using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety protocols.

Skills / Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in industrial or commercial settings.
• Proficient in various welding methods and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, City & Guilds) preferred.
