Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Snagging Manager for a high-rise student accommodation project in North Bristol. The contract is for a minimum of 12 months starting in July.Responsibilities: Create snagging lists.Manage the correction of snags.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards.Maintain site records and progress reports.Certificates Required: SMSTSFirst Aid QualificationCSCS CardThis role is paid inside IR35, so it can be either PAYE or PAYE Umbrella.
