The Role
As a Sales Administrator you'll provide full administrative support to the commercial office, ensuring customer records, contracts, and reports are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a varied position where you'll be a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing contractual documentation in line with company procedures
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Producing detailed reports for both internal stakeholders and customers
- Processing sales orders, raising invoices, and managing billing queries
- Handling manual invoices and credit notes
- Supporting CRM systems, including assisting with internal training
