Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Site Supervisor to oversee the internal decoration and flooring of a high-rise student accommodation in North Bristol for a minimum of 12 months starting in June.
The successful Supervisor will have demonstrable experience working on internals and flooring, ideally within student accommodation projects.
As a Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing trades on a daily basis.
- Maintaining the program of works.
- Ensuring work complies with H&S standards.
- Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Certificates Required:
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- First Aid Qualification
- CSCS Card
This role is paid inside IR35, so it can be paid via PAYE or PAYE Umbrella.
