The Business
We are representing a well-established, privately owned main contractor with a strong track record in the Industrial & Logistics sector. With a portfolio of large-scale distribution and logistics projects across the UK, they are now recruiting for a Site Manager (Internals) to join their delivery team on a £50M scheme in Bristol, starting September 2025.

Large-scale steel frame logistics / distribution facility.
High-value project with a complex industrial fit-out package.
Fast-track build programme with a blue-chip end client.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the internal fit-out packages within a steel frame industrial unit.
- Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor health & safety compliance across internal works.
- Maintain strong site records and communicate progress to the Project Manager.
- Drive quality assurance, ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong background as a Site Manager within industrial fit-out projects.
- Previous experience on steel frame distribution / logistics units essential.
- Candidates who have worked for large subcontractors delivering industrial fit-out are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site reporting.
