About the company:
A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Technical Shift Supervisor working on a commercial contract based near Monument, City of London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add an experienced Technical Shift Supervisor to their team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be supervising a small team of M&E Engineers on-site.
- Manage all technical issues.
- Manage agreed KPI and SLAs.
- Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
- Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
- Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
- Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the permit system.
Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong technical engineering understanding.
