We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join the project team on a major commercial refurbishment project in Central London.
The project involves the cut-and-carve refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, transforming the existing structure through a high-quality CAT A fit-out. Due to the complexity of the scheme, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the technical services delivery, ensuring the mechanical and electrical elements are fully coordinated, compliant and delivered to the required standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Services Manager who has a strong commercial M&E background and enjoys working on technically challenging refurbishment projects.
The Role
As Senior Technical Services Manager, you will take responsibility for the technical services delivery across the project, working closely with the Project Director, Construction Manager, Design Team, specialist M&E subcontractors and wider project team.
You will provide senior technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the management and coordination of the M&E and technical services elements of the project.
- Lead the technical services team and provide direction to Technical Services Managers and wider project personnel.
- Manage the delivery of mechanical, electrical and associated building services packages.
- Coordinate M&E design information with the architectural, structural and specialist design teams.
- Review and manage technical submissions, specifications, drawings and design information.ile
