We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Engineering Scheduler to join our incredible client based in Erdington. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of service activities and maintaining excellent communication between engineers, customers, and internal teams.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000 may be some wiggle room for the right candidate
- Hours of work: 8:30 to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 4pm Friday
- 25 day holidays + 8 bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the diary scheduling of Service Engineers
- Use Microsoft CRM to manage service cases and log activities
- Communicate with customers by phone to confirm site readiness and key details for scheduled service visits
- Handle urgent and time-sensitive service jobs with efficiency and calm under pressure
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of service operations
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers and engineers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with experience dealing with customers over the phone
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines
