If so, our client wants to hear from you!\\n\\nAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a renowned publishing company based in Solihull town centre.\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\nSalary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE\\nPerformance-based bonuses\\nLocation: Solihull\\nOffice based\\n33 days holiday (Including bank holidays)\\nPension auto-enrolment scheme\\nFree on-site parking\\nEarly finish on Fridays Role & Responsibilities:\\n\\nDrive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.\\nProvide real-time coaching, training, and development to team members.\\nConduct regular appraisals, one-to-ones, and implement personalised development plans.\\nSupport the sales manager with training activities.\\nHandle escalation calls and emails professionally and efficiently.\\nGenerate direct revenue to lead by example and establish credibility within the team.\\nBuild strong working relationships across all departments.\\nReport on team performance and contribute to sales strategy planning.Required Skills & Experience:\\n\\nPrevious experience within a similar role, preferably within the media / publishing sector.\\nStrong sales skills with the ability to mentor and coach others.\\nStrong objection handling and conflict resolution skills.\\nExcellent leadership and communication skills with a motivational approach.\\nTarget-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through the advert
