MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY Benefits: Hourly pay rate – £13.00 On-going temp with potential of going perm IMMEDIATE START Hours of work – Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 17:00 / Friday 08:00 to 14:00 30 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) Free parking Fully office based role Role & Responsibilities: Sales order processing Maintaining and developing relationships with customers Monitoring group inboxes Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries. Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations Data input and analysis using MS Excel Manipulating data to allow importing and exporting of data Tracking costs and negotiating with suppliers to ensure budgets are met Processing orders with supply chain for products and materials Printing, organising and distributing manufacture files and labels Maintaining stock control and re-order levels Assisting with Goods Out administration, Ensuring all relevant administration systems are accurate and updated appropriately Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role Ability to start immediately Proficient with MS Excel, with the ability to input formulas.
