The Role
As the Mechanical Site Manager / Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing mechanical installation works on site
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades
- Managing health & safety compliance and site documentation
- Driving productivity and maintaining excellent site standards throughout the project lifecycle
Working Hours
7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Strong mechanical building services background
