We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and professional events
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and all associated documentation
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the applicant tracking system
- Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking abilities
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
