An established and growing building services and facilities management contractor is currently seeking a Project Support Administrator to join their head office team. This is a key support role providing administrative assistance across project delivery and facilities management functions, including helpdesk coordination and documentation control. The position would suit an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in project or FM administration.
The Role
- Working closely with project managers, engineers, and the wider support team, the Project Support Administrator will play a central role in ensuring projects are supported efficiently from an administrative and documentation perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project delivery team
- Manage and coordinate helpdesk activities, including logging and tracking jobs
- Prepare, compile, and maintain O&M manuals and project documentation
- Assist with project setup, documentation control, and close-out processes
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and filing systems
- Support compliance and quality processes where required
