Job Purpose: As a Mobile Water Treatment Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering water treatment services to a range of commercial clients across the South of England. This includes tasks such as monitoring, testing, and maintaining water systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, particularly ACOP L8 and HSG274. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine water treatment tasks including temperature monitoring, sampling, and chemical dosing. Conduct clean and disinfections of water systems including tanks and cooling towers. Complete site logbooks and ensure all paperwork is up to date and compliant. Liaise with clients and site contacts to schedule works and report issues. Identify faults and recommend remedial actions. Maintain company vehicle and equipment to required standards. Adhere to all relevant health & safety regulations. Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a water treatment or water hygiene role. Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of L8/ACoP, HSG274 and relevant water regulations. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Qualifications: Legionella awareness training NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or similar qualification Confined space or CSCS card BOAS or water chemistry qualifications
