One of our clients, a Facilities Maintenance provider, is looking for a Mobile Electrically Biased Building Services Technician to cover 6 months starting 19th May 2025. Working on multiple sites within Cambridge, ideally based within easy access of Cambridge.
Essential Experience
- Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
- Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
- Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation.
- City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
- 17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Regulations.
- Test & Inspect desirable.
- Experience within maintenance duties including fault diagnosis & rectification.
- Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
This is a temporary position for a 6-month period. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08.00 - 17.00. Ideally based in the Cambridge area covering sites on Science Parks and Cambridge. The start date for the successful applicant will be 19/05/25. Pay Rate £23.00 - £24.00/hr. You will be based on one site for the first month, then an expensed van would be supplied, and you will then be covering multiple sites.
