Marketing & Administrator Coordinator
Salary £28,000 – £30,000 DOE
40 hours per week – hybrid

Our client, a respected construction and development business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the UK, is looking for an Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting dual-role opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to both the operational efficiency and creative promotion of a thriving construction company.
Marketing
- Coordinate and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Assist in producing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters
- Update website content with the latest company news and project updates
- Support photography and videography coordination for live sites and completed projects
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to improve brand visibility
- Help organise events, exhibitions, and client presentations
Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and update internal systems, project documentation, and filing
- Support diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure clear and efficient communication
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration, ideally within the construction or property sector
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional communicator
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
