About Options Resourcing

Options Resourcing is a specialist construction recruitment business supplying blue-collar temporary labour to live construction sites across the UK. This is a hard sales, high-reward temp market where the strongest performers build serious earnings. We are hiring sales-driven Recruitment Consultants who want full control of their desk, full ownership of new business, and full reward for results.

The Role

This is a pure sales-led 360 recruitment role. You will be 100% responsible for generating new business, opening doors, winning accounts, and growing your own blue-collar temp desk. This is not an account-management role. You will be on the phone daily, booking meetings, getting out to client offices and construction sites, and closing deals. You will work alongside a dedicated Resourcer who delivers candidates - you sell and grow the revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Heavy daily cold calling to win new construction clients
  • Opening new accounts and building your desk from zero
  • Booking and attending client office meetings and site meetings
  • Selling temporary blue-collar labour solutions to decision-makers
  • Taking job briefs and agreeing rates and margins
  • Working closely with a Resourcer to deliver workers at speed
  • Managing client relationships on live sites
  • Driving weekly revenue, margin, and activity targets
  • Building a reputation in the market as a go-to recruiter

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven recruitment or B2B sales experience (construction temp ideal)
  • Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
  • Strong at opening doors, handling objections, and closing
  • Resilient, competitive, and thick-skinned
  • Commercially sharp and seriously money-motivated
  • Senior level candidates must show consistent billings and new-business wins
