Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Operative to join a well-established maintenance team covering North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking to join a busy and fast-paced environment within the retail sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple retail stores, ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple retail locations.
  • Complete a range of general building maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Travel between stores as required to carry out maintenance works.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and wider maintenance team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Previous experience within the retail sector is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a busy and demanding environment.
  • A flexible, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Full clean UK driving licence is essential.

The main area of work will be North London, so candidates living in or around North London are preferred. Your base location for mileage purposes will be the store closest to your home; however, you will be expected to travel to other stores across the region to complete maintenance works.
