Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: £41,901 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join an Estates team in Oxford. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will act as a lead technician on site, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services within a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical maintenance activities on site
  • Planned and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Breakdown repairs, installations, refurbishments, and new works
  • Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards
  • Support and train team members

Skills & Experience

  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship and/or Level 3 electrical qualification
  • Experience in building services maintenance
  • Knowledge of air handling systems and water hygiene
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to undertake cross-skilling
