The Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join an Estates team in Oxford. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will act as a lead technician on site, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services within a critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical maintenance activities on site
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs
- Breakdown repairs, installations, refurbishments, and new works
- Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards
- Support and train team members
Skills & Experience
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship and/or Level 3 electrical qualification
- Experience in building services maintenance
- Knowledge of air handling systems and water hygiene
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to undertake cross-skilling
