We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and Maidenhead. This is a great opportunity for either an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who enjoys a varied role, working across multiple sites and carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance support across seven sites, with regular attendance required at each location.
Sites include:
- Maidenhead - 1 day per week on a set day
- Wimbledon - 1 day per week on a set day
- King's Cross
- St Paul's
- Borough Market
- Liverpool Street
- Central London location
The sites in Maidenhead and Wimbledon are fixed days each week, with the remaining sites forming part of the wider mobile portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites.
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing repar!
- Diagnosing faults and carrying effective maintenance solutions.
About You
- Qualified or experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong commercial building maintenance experience.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients and site teams.
- Full UK driving licence advantageous.
- Flexible approach to working across London and the wider portfolio.
