An excellent opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join a successful and growing Logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. English and Spanish speakers will be highly regarded.
You MUST have a driving licence and access to your own car.

- Hours of work: 9am to 5pm, 30 minute lunch break

- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Cold calling new business leads in order to book meetings and win business.
- Attend new business development meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalised service.
- Utilise the CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they are informed about the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Ad-hoc customer service and administration when there is an overflow.
- Must have excellent knowledge of background transport and logistics.
- Have good knowledge of general haulage, pallet distribution and same day couriers and storage.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive within pallets or an understanding.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Previous experience in booking meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
