Are you a Contracts Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity in the field of roofing and cladding? Look no further! Our clients are opening their gates for a talented professional to join the team, specializing in industrial and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the successful execution of roofing and cladding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Handle the negotiation, preparation, and management of contracts.
- Utilize your knowledge of Twinson cladding systems to advise on material selection, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health and safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use your in-depth knowledge of Twinson cladding and single-ply roofing, including installation techniques and maintenance on a day-to-day basis.
- Utilize Computer-Aided (CA) systems and other relevant software for project management and documentation.
- 5% completion bonus
- £4,800 car allowance if a company car isn't a preferred option
- 22 days holiday, adding on 1 day for every year worked
- Pension Payment scheme
- Laptop provided alongside extra curriculum training will be paid for
