About Us
Options Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-run Plumbing & Heating contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and looking after their team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a friendly, supportive workforce.
The Role
You will carry out a variety of plumbing and heating installation, service, and maintenance work across domestic and light commercial properties throughout the South Coast. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to work with a business that genuinely values its people.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, service, and maintenance of domestic plumbing and heating systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Working independently or as part of a small team depending on project size
- Ensuring all work meets current safety and compliance standards
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
- Completing job sheets and documentation accurately

- Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
