The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across London within the M25. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer seeking a well-paid mobile position with no call-out requirement, plenty of overtime opportunities, and the autonomy to manage a varied portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and residential properties
  • Conducting electrical inspection and testing in accordance with BS7671
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently and safely
  • Completing electrical certification and remedial reports where required
  • Carrying out minor installation works
  • Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systems
  • Completing maintenance reports, compliance documentation, and job sheets accurately
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with BS7671 and Health & Safety regulations
  • Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery

  • Essential NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
