The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across London within the M25. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer seeking a well-paid mobile position with no call-out requirement, plenty of overtime opportunities, and the autonomy to manage a varied portfolio of sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and residential properties
- Conducting electrical inspection and testing in accordance with BS7671
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Completing electrical certification and remedial reports where required
- Carrying out minor installation works
- Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systems
- Completing maintenance reports, compliance documentation, and job sheets accurately
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with BS7671 and Health & Safety regulations
- Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery
