We are seeking a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider. This position is based within a high-profile building in London NW1, with an immediate start.
Essential Experience
- Temporary position for 6 weeks or more
- Client-focused with availability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Technically qualified, apprentice-trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent
- Ability to carry out sprinkler tests
- Experience in repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment in high-profile buildings
- Covering PPM and reactive works
- Minor installation work, hot & cold-water faults, etc.
- Immediate availability for the right candidate
- Possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate
Compensation
Pay Rate: £22.00/hr
