The Role
You will oversee a portfolio of electrical small works projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. The position combines operational leadership, client engagement, and hands‑on project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple small works projects from enquiry through to completion
- Provide technical guidance, quotations, and costings for new works
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Support the development of engineers and apprentices within the team
