- We're looking for an experienced
Proposals Coordinator to join a collaborative bids and proposals team. This is a remote role with travel to London approximately once a month
, plus occasional additional travel for key meetings or bid support at a local office (nationwide based company).
The Role You'll support the production of high-quality, winning bid submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders, presentations and marketing materials.
Working closely with the proposals team and subject matter experts, you'll help coordinate responses, format compelling documents, create simple graphics and ensure submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
You’ll also maintain proposal content libraries, manage client portals, and update opportunity information within a CRM system to support business development.
About You You'll have
- Previous experience in a proposals, bids or bid coordination role, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
- Excellent written communication, proofreading and document formatting skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Power Point.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (In Design preferred) and creating presentation materials.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM or knowledge management systems (e. g. Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Bid/proposal training (e. g. Shipley) is desirable.
