Our client in Worcester is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
- Salary – Up to 25,000 per annum.
- Located in Birmingham City Centre.
- Hours of work – Monday to Friday – 09:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break).
- 33 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holiday).

- Fully office-based role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in Family Law matters, including Divorce, Financial Remedies, Child Arrangements, and Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements.
- Deliver efficient, cost-effective legal support to clients, team members, and directors.
- Manage and maintain accurate case records on the firm’s system (ALB), tracking key dates and tasks.
- Participate in firm-provided training, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Handle client communications sensitively, especially with vulnerable clients, and actively participate in business development and marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Family Law with strong general knowledge in this area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management, and case management systems, especially ALB.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to address sensitive client issues.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards, including GDPR and Data Protection Act requirements.
- Experience in Public Law and Care Work is advantageous.
