A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Lead M&E Engineer to look after a commercial contract in London’s West End. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Lead Engineer to their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
- Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines
