Are you an experienced HR Coordinator or HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a busy construction or engineering environment?

We re recruiting on behalf of a growing business for an HR Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Bolton.

You ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the HR function, supporting managers and employees across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations and compliance.

Working closely with the People Manager, you ll help ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant and deliver an excellent employee experience.

Benefits: 28,000 - 33,000 depending on experience.

Permanent, full-time position.

Fully office-based role in Bolton. 40-hour working week.

Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews and onboarding for new employees.

Prepare contracts, offer letters and employment documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

Manage probation reviews, contract amendments and employee lifecycle administration.

Produce HR reports including headcount, absence, recruitment and training data.

Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees.

Coordinate training, inductions and compliance records.
