Finishing Manager

Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Finishing Manager to oversee the hand over on some high-rise apartments in Central Bristol for a minimum of 3 months\’ work starting immediately.
The successful Finishing Manager with have demonstrable experience working ideally on apartments.
As Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Creating snagging lists
Managing subcontractors working on internals
Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Certificates Required:
SMSTS
1st Aid Qualification
CSCS Card
This role can be paid CIS.
