Options Resourcing Ltd are actively looking for a Duct work/Ventilation Project Manager.
Job role (Apply online only)/day 40 hours a week 12 months minimum Key Responsibilities Manage the ductwork / ventilation works on site in line with the project programme, quality requirements and client expectations.
Manage labour-only contractors, including daily activities, productivity, workmanship, sequencing and site performance.
Produce and manage technical submittals, RFIs, RAMS, ITPs, progress reports, dependency schedules, productivity reviews and outstanding works schedules.
Coordinate with internal support departments, the drawing office and ductwork manufacturing workshop to make sure ductwork is planned, manufactured and delivered in line with the site programme.
Review manufacturing drawings and fabrication information for quality, completeness, buildability and installation requirements.
Identify programme issues, quality concerns, manufacturing constraints and site dependencies early, and raise them with clear actions.
