Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the successful execution of roofing and cladding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Handle the negotiation, preparation, and management of contracts.
Utilize your knowledge of Twinson cladding systems to advise on material selection, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health and safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Use your in-depth knowledge of Twinson cladding and single-ply roofing, including installation techniques and maintenance on a day-to-day basis.
Utilize Computer-Aided (CA) systems and other relevant software for project management and documentation.
Benefits: 5% completion bonus, £4,800 car allowance if a company car isn’t a preferred option. 22 days holiday, adding on 1 day for every year worked. Pension Payment scheme. Laptop provided alongside extra curriculum training will be paid for.
