Contract Manager £50,000 £55,000 + Car Allowance A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects. This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple live projects while working closely with senior leadership within a professional and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Role As Contract Manager, you will oversee up to 4 live projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from £250k to £3m. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include: Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion Overseeing both new build and refurbishment schemes Developing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Planning and programming construction phases to ensure projects are delivered on time Monitoring site performance and ensuring Site Managers maintain high health & safety standards Providing regular operational and progress updates to the Operations Director Managing project delivery in line with programme, quality, and commercial objectives Applying contractual awareness across JCT and NEC forms of contract About You We are looking for a driven and organised construction professional with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
