An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a busy and well-established project in Blagdon, BS40. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a supervisor who is happy to lead from the front while remaining actively involved on the tools when required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervising mechanical installation works on site
  • Coordinating and managing mechanical operatives
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
  • Working alongside site management and subcontractors
  • Carrying out hands-on mechanical duties as required

Requirements:

  • SSSTS Certificate
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous Mechanical Supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical installations
  • Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity
