Job Overview
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for two experienced Bricklayers to assist on project which is located in Banstead, Surrey.

Responsibilities

  • Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications and design plans
  • Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment
  • Mix mortar and other bonding agents to secure bricks in place
  • Repair or replace damaged brickwork as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, including carpenters and roofers, to complete projects efficiently
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working site

Requirements

  • Proven experience in masonry or bricklaying is essential
  • Valid CSCS Card (required)
  • Familiarity with carpentry skills is advantageous
  • Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools relevant to masonry work
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
