Job Overview
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for two experienced Bricklayers to assist on project which is located in Banstead, Surrey.
Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications and design plans
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Mix mortar and other bonding agents to secure bricks in place
- Repair or replace damaged brickwork as needed
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, including carpenters and roofers, to complete projects efficiently
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working site
Requirements
- Proven experience in masonry or bricklaying is essential
- Valid CSCS Card (required)
- Familiarity with carpentry skills is advantageous
- Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools relevant to masonry work
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
