A well-established, privately owned mechanical, electrical and renewable services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across the South of England. The business operates across commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential sectors, delivering full MEP solutions from design through to installation and handover. The role is key to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages across multiple projects
  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain to ensure effective delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
  • Work closely with pre-construction and estimating teams during project handover
