Options Resourcing Ltd are currently seeking a Traffic Marshall who is willing to labour also to join our client on a Commercial Car showroom build in Hungerford RG17.

As a Traffic Marshall you will play a crucial role in managing traffic flow and ensuring safety on construction sites. When there are no deliveries, you will be expected to get involved with general labouring. Work is planned for at least 7 months, though there is an opportunity for long-term work.

Duties:

  • Direct vehicles to designated parking areas
  • General Labouring helping site team
  • Manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and maintain safety
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel to coordinate movements
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and parking allocations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
