Overview

Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for an experienced Handyman to assist on a Commercial Office Refurbishment in the centre of Bristol.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Install fixtures and fittings such as shelves, cabinets, and appliances
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred
  • Valid CSCS Card (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
