Overview
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for an experienced Handyman to assist on a Commercial Office Refurbishment in the centre of Bristol.
Duties
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Install fixtures and fittings such as shelves, cabinets, and appliances
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred
- Valid CSCS Card (Required)
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
