Working for a major energy trader (energy / renewables). We are recruiting a Tech Lead with a background in C# / .Net / Angular / Oil.
The Role
As a lead member of a skilled large global team (London, NYC) of software engineers, you will play a role in developing the core trading platform. The customers are varied; traders, analysts, researchers and data scientists.
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years of experience working with C# / .NET (8) technologies
- 5+ years in a leadership role, managing 5+ software engineers (code reviews, architecture)
- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase)
- Experience working in an agile scrum development model
- 5+ Years experience in oil trading
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
- 3+ years Angular experience (ideally version 16+)
Desirable Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in the commodities
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science or an equivalent field
