Working for a major energy trader (energy / renewables). We are recruiting mid / senior level Software Developers with a background in C# / .Net (and ideally Angular). You must have experience in working in a front office role, used to interactions with Traders / Analysts.
The Role: As a member of a skilled global team of software engineers, you will play a role in developing the core trading platform. The customers are varied; traders, analysts, researchers and data scientists.
Essential Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with C# and related .NET technologies
- Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase)
- Experience working in an agile scrum development model
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
- Angular
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Reactive Extensions (RX)
- Previous experience in the commodities and/or trading industry (buy-side or sell-side)
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science or an equivalent field
