There are no specific qualifications or experience required for our Support Worker roles, beyond a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Who will I be supporting?

· Adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism

· Supporting participants to live their lives to the full by promoting independence to gain life skills, whilst maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle through a variety of day and community opportunities and activities.

· Enabling social interaction, engagement and most of all a sense of achievement and belonging.

· Participants who would like to live their life as they choose, to be themselves and achieve their own goals

Other important information:

· An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Options for Life
