Options Energy Group is growing — we're looking for a Supervisor to join our team and lead our Cable Jointers across the Thames Valley. Location - Reading | Slough | West London Salary Range – £45,000 to £55,000 Company Van | Overtime ✅ Full UK driving licence ✅ Current or previous iDNO / DNO operational authorisation ✅ Currently or recently qualified as NRSWA Operative or Supervisor Desirable qualifications / requirements; ✅ Experience managing teams in an operational environment ✅ Good knowledge of Distribution Electrical Networks ✅ Experience with LV faults ✅ SMSTS or IOSH ✅ CSCS / EUSR ✅ NERS Passport Holder ✅ Knowledge of ESQCR and Electricity at Work requirements We're also looking for someone who is driven, safety-focused, commercially aware and passionate about developing people .
