Optio Resourcing is working with a portfolio of leading retail contractors on an ongoing basis and we're building our network of experienced Site Managers ahead of upcoming project awards. If you're a Site Manager with a background in retail fit-out or refurbishment, whether that's supermarkets, convenience stores, fashion, or F&B, we want to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects on site
- Strong track record delivering live trading environments on programme
- Experience on rollout or multi-site programmes is a plus
- Black CSCS Card (Managers)
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Confident managing subcontractors, coordinating with store teams, and reporting to project management
