I’m working with one of the UK’s leading main contractors on a large-scale distribution centre refurbishment project in Birmingham. They’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager across this 16-week project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise trades and subcontractors on-site
- Lead by example and work hands-on where needed
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to spec
- Report progress to the Site Manager daily
- Assist with site inductions and briefings
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- First Aid (3 day)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Marshall certificate
- Previous experience as a foreman on large commercial or industrial sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
