About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in retail construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of retail construction projects nationwide.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Essential Requirements
- Retail construction experience (fit-out, refurbishment, or new build).
- Black CSCS Card (Manager level).
- SMSTS Certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- 3-Day First Aid Certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel nationwide.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable
- Experience with fast-track retail projects.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software.
