Job Title: HR Advisor (North) Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire Salary: £30,000–£37,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Description: We’re recruiting an HR Advisor for a growing international temperature-controlled logistics company. The role is based in Newark and covers the business’s northern UK sites. You’ll be the go-to HR contact for managers and a largely operational workforce of drivers and warehouse staff. It’s a varied, hands-on generalist role in a business that is investing in its UK network. The Role: * First point of contact for HR queries across northern sites * Advising on and managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance * Supporting recruitment and onboarding for driving, warehouse and office roles * Keeping HR records accurate and ensuring compliance with UK employment law * Travelling between sites as required Requirements: * Generalist HR experience, ideally in logistics, distribution or another shift-based environment * Sound knowledge of UK employment law and ER casework * CIPD Level 5, or working towards it (desirable) * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel What’s on Offer: * £30,000–£37,000 depending on experience * Permanent role with a global logistics group * Holiday entitlement and company pension Click Apply to send your CV today
