We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction-focused projects across the UK. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, travelling nationwide as required to ensure successful delivery and strong onsite leadership. This role is ideal for someone confident working in fast-paced environments, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Travel nationwide to oversee project sites, conduct progress reviews, and lead onsite coordination.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, H&S files, and risk assessments.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, providing clear updates throughout each project.
